What does the general public budget revenue include?
Total fiscal revenue includes general public budget revenue. First, fiscal revenue is generally reflected in taxes, state-owned assets, national debt revenue and fees. General public budget revenue mainly includes tax revenue, administrative fees, paid use of state-owned resources (assets), transfer income and other income.

Second, the general budget revenue refers to the local actual available financial resources, after deducting the taxes paid to the central government, such as 75% value-added tax paid to the central government and 60% income tax paid to the central government, which belong to the total fiscal revenue, and are not included in the general budget revenue. The general budget revenue includes the local retained part deducted by the tax department and the income organized by the financial department.

Three, fiscal revenue refers to the sum of all funds raised by the government to ensure the normal performance of its functions, the implementation of public policies and the provision of public products and services. Fiscal revenue is usually expressed as the sum of monetary revenue obtained by government departments in a certain period (usually a fiscal year).
