The Operation Process of Enterprises Handling Network Access Procedures of "China Electronic Port"

I. Receiving information

(1) Enterprises shall go to Wuhan Branch of China Electronic Port Data Center (Wuhan Customs Building 1 Input Hall "Electronic Port" window) to receive the China Electronic Port Enterprise Registration Form and related procedures.

(two) after receiving the information, the enterprise shall fill in the form as required, affix the official seal and confirm it with the signature of the legal person;

(3) The enterprise shall prepare one original and one copy of the following documents for review;

1. Original and photocopy of People's Republic of China (PRC) organization code certificate;

2. The original or photocopy of the Business License for Enterprise as a Legal Person or the Business License for Enterprise;

3. Original or photocopy of tax registration certificate;

4. Registration form of foreign trade operators in People's Republic of China (PRC) or approval certificate of foreign-invested enterprises;

5 People's Republic of China (PRC) import and export goods consignor declaration registration certificate;

6, the local foreign exchange administration issued by the "verification certificate" (Wuhan foreign enterprises);

Requirements: Copies of the above documents should be legible. If there is "business scope" on the certificate of a domestic-funded enterprise, the words "import and export" must be included.

Second, enter the printed receipt

After the enterprise prepares the documents and copies to enter the window of China Electronic Port at Wuhan Customs Building 1, it will receive the Registration Form for Internet User Qualification Examination at China Electronic Port (hereinafter referred to as the Acceptance Receipt).

Qualification examination: See the following process for details.

(1) obtain information-> the enterprise obtains the form from Wuhan data sub-center and prepares the network access information as required;

(2) Enter the printed receipt-→ The enterprise shall go through the entry formalities at the electronic port window of the pre-entry hall of Wuhan Data Sub-center of China Electronic Port with relevant documents to receive the acceptance receipt;

(3) Qualification examination-the enterprise shall go to the quality supervision, industry and commerce and national tax departments for qualification examination in turn with the acceptance receipt and the original relevant documents;

④ Data Sub-center business card printing and customs authorization →→→ Enterprises go to Wuhan Data Sub-center window to handle business card printing and customs authorization procedures, and purchase IC applications and related equipment →

(5) Examination and authorization → The enterprise shall go to the foreign exchange bureau, the Department of Commerce or the Municipal Bureau of Commerce in turn for qualification examination and relevant authority examination with the receipt of IC card acceptance and relevant documents;

⑥ After the audit procedure is completed, the enterprise can use it by logging on the website of China Electronic Port.

Enterprises in the urban area of Wuhan shall go to Wuhan Municipal Bureau for handling, enterprises outside Wuhan Municipal Bureau shall go to Provincial Bureau for handling, and the inspectors' operation cards shall be unified to Hubei.

2. Enterprises shall properly keep copies of various certificates and acceptance receipts when going through the network access procedures, and shall not lose them.
