First, lay a solid ideological and political foundation
Strengthening the management of trade associations and chambers of commerce, standardizing their behaviors and improving their service capabilities are important measures to optimize the business environment, which will help trade associations and chambers of commerce to play a role as a bridge and link between the government and enterprises, promote the benign interaction between the government and enterprises, actively respond to the impact of the epidemic on economic operation, and help the economy run smoothly. County Civil Affairs Bureau, at the height of thoroughly implementing the decision-making arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council and continuously deepening the requirements of the "streamline administration, delegate power, strengthen regulation and improve services" reform, has enhanced political consciousness, strengthened its mission, actively cooperated with or cooperated with relevant departments to comprehensively strengthen all kinds of charging behavior norms of trade associations, insisted on paying equal attention to supervision and support, and combined external governance with internal self-construction, and did a good job in the construction of trade associations' chambers of commerce in various aspects, making continuous contributions to further reducing the burden on enterprises, stimulating market vitality, and maintaining the overall situation of economic development and social stability.

(1) Strengthening the management of membership dues.
