First, when uploading invoices on the Internet, the tax digital certificate will be invalid in the process of adding digital signatures to electronic invoices.
Second, the failure of the inspection system of the tax bureau will also lead to the failure of the inspection.
These are caused by non-human factors, which are rare, but they are inevitable at present. Failed invoices must be voided and reissued, and cross-month invoices need to be reissued by the tax bureau stub.

The difference between signing and checking:
1. After the invoice is uploaded, it needs to be digitally signed to ensure safety when it is sent to the electronic general ledger system for filing after being processed by the tax bureau. This is a sign-in. When you arrive at the electronic account book system, you need to verify your signature to ensure that the data is correct. This is called signing in.
2. After successful signing, the invoice is saved in the electronic general ledger system; If it fails, the data will be discarded without saving. At present, the failure of invoice verification does not affect any function, but if it fails after using the electronic account book in the future, the corresponding invoice will definitely not be used. Therefore, the tax bureau requires that the invoices that have not been verified at present also need to be invalidated.
