Jianghai Vocational and Technical College is located in Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province, a famous historical and cultural city in China. 1999 was led by jiangsu provincial party committee and Yangzhou Municipal Committee of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese People's Republic of China, and was approved by the People's Government of Jiangsu Province.
