First, the forbidden area and time.

From the date of this circular to March 15, the sale and discharge of fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited in Dongying Economic and Technological Development Zone, Dongying City.

Second, the reporting method

If you find illegal production, storage, transportation, sale and illegal discharge of fireworks and firecrackers in the forbidden area and time, you can call "1 10" or call the police stations to report.

Third, the reward standard

After reporting and investigating illegal fireworks and firecrackers, a fine will be imposed, and the first informant 300-500 yuan will be rewarded as appropriate.

Report and investigate illegal sales, storage, transportation and mailing of fireworks and firecrackers, and give public security punishment, and reward the first informant 500- 1000 yuan as appropriate.

The reward for cracking a major case after reporting is 2000-5000 yuan.

Police and staff of public security, emergency management, urban management and other law enforcement departments are not included in the scope of awards.

Fourth, the reward procedure.

If the report is verified, it will be given administrative penalties such as public security fines and detention. Or take criminal compulsory measures against the illegal personnel, the public security organ handling the case shall fill in the "Award Registration Form", and with the approval of the sub-bureau, receive the bonus and cash it directly to the informant.

If a report is made by telephone, the informant should leave his address, name and telephone number. After the case is closed, the public security organ will inform the informant to bring his ID card and telephone number to receive the bonus, and the public security organ will strictly keep the informant confidential.
