We are villagers in Shuangfeng Village, Hongxiang Township, Wuwei County. The election of village directors and members and the false report of the village fields are reflected as follows. We hope that the leaders will give us a fair statement and give the canvassers relevant punishment. In addition, we will give relevant punishment to the fact that the village falsely reported the field, pay off a fact and reduce the national financial expenditure.

1. Our village held a nuclear election on August 1 1 to elect the village director and members. According to the relevant provisions of the Electoral Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), each household should determine the number of votes according to the population. As a result, about 70% of the villagers in the village did not get the required number of votes, and these 70% of the votes were directly filled in by the tellers. This behavior violated the relevant provisions of the Electoral Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and deprived the villagers of their right to vote. Therefore, I urge the leaders to give corresponding punishment to those who directly canvass votes and fill in tickets, and also give villagers the right to vote.

2. In 2009, there were only 460 mu of farmland in the old north of our village, but our village falsely reported 660 mu of farmland, which has defrauded the national finance and economy and caused great losses. As villagers, we feel that we should report to the superior leaders and give relevant punishment to those who falsely report and impersonate, thus reducing the national financial expenditure.

Third, our village is a big grain grower, actually planting about 50-70 mu of farmland, but the village cadres falsely reported about 104 mu; The actual large grain grower 130 mu of farmland falsely reported about 250 mu, defrauding the state finance.

To sum up, I hope the leaders will give us a fair statement, give corresponding legal sanctions to those who violate discipline or even law, give villagers the right to fair elections, and give legal sanctions to those who cheat the state finances, thus reducing the state financial losses!
