Verification of individual payment base
In 2022, when the individual contribution base of employees in urban enterprises is approved, the upper limit is 300% of the average monthly salary of employees in full-caliber urban units in 20 19 autonomous region, and the lower limit is 60% of the average monthly salary of employees in full-caliber urban units in 20 18 autonomous region.
Verification of unit payment base
In 2022, the sum of the approved unit payment base and individual payment base will be used as the unit payment base.
Flexible employees who do have difficulties in paying the basic old-age insurance premium in 2022 may voluntarily postpone payment and continue to pay in 2022. If it is unpaid in 2022, it will choose its own payment base within the upper and lower limits of the individual payment base in 2022.
Payment of basic old-age insurance: the social insurance payment base in the first half of 2022, the number of flexible employees who voluntarily participate in the basic old-age insurance for enterprise employees is divided into 12 categories, which are 3,368 yuan, 4,000 yuan, 5,000 yuan, 6,000 yuan, 7,000 yuan, 8,000 yuan, 9,000 yuan, 1000 yuan, respectively.
