How to go through the cancellation process of the branch?
1. If the company cancels or the company decides to cancel its branch, it shall apply to the company registration authority of the branch for cancellation of registration within 30 days from the date of the cancellation decision. 2. The cancellation of the national and local tax registration certificate requires the relevant materials and official seals of the national and local tax registration certificate and all taxes of the country and local tax for the record. 3. The liquidation group shall be established within 15 days from the date of making the cancellation decision, and provide the company filing application form (signed by the person in charge of the liquidation group), the certificate of the designated representative or entrusted agent (stamped with the official seal of the company) and the copy of the resolution of the shareholders' meeting on the establishment of the liquidation group (signed by all shareholders). 4. The liquidation group shall notify the creditors within 10 days from the date of establishment to ensure that the creditors' legal debts are fulfilled. 5. Publish the cancellation announcement and make an announcement in the newspaper at least three times within 60 days. 6. Pay off the debts of the branch, and go to the tax department for the tax payment certificate. 7. Fill in the application for cancellation of registration, submit the registration documents and certificates, receive the approval notice according to the agreed date, and cancel basic account, including the original business license of the company (some banks need a complete set of certificates for industry and commerce, code, national tax and local tax), account opening permit, seal card, seal card and other bank-related materials and cancellation application.

Article 41 If the company is dissolved and should be liquidated according to law, the liquidation group shall, within 10 days from the date of its establishment, file the names of the members and responsible persons of the liquidation group with the company registration authority for the record.

Article 44 The company shall be cancelled by the company registration authority and terminated.
