1. Interview and professional ability test
(1) Time and location
1. Interview time and location. The interview will be held at 9:00 am on January 27, 2022 (Thursday) in the video conference room (Room 1105) on the 11th floor of the Qinghai Provincial Audit Office (No. 41 Wusi Street, Xining City). Candidates must arrive on the morning of January 27
Arrive at the examination waiting room (Room 1406) on the 14th floor of the Qinghai Provincial Audit Office before 8:10.
2. Time and place of professional ability test. The professional ability test will be conducted in the video conference room (Room 1105) on the 11th floor of the Provincial Audit Office from 13:30 to 15:30 pm on January 27, 2022 (Thursday). Candidates must enter the examination room before 13:10 pm on January 27.
(2) Examination method
The interview will be conducted in a structured interview format. The interview time is 15 minutes and is worth 100 points, accounting for 30% of the selection score.
The professional ability test is conducted in the form of a written test. It mainly tests the candidates’ basic knowledge of accounting and auditing, relevant auditing laws and regulations, and their ability to analyze and solve problems. The test time is 120 minutes and the score is 100 points. 20% of the total selection score.
(3) Examination process
The interview will be conducted in accordance with the procedures of roll call, sign-in, drawing lots, test preparation, interview, and confirmation of interview results. The professional ability test is conducted according to the procedures of sign-in and written examination.
II. Related Requirements
1. Candidates are requested to take the exam on time on the day of the interview and professional ability test. If you fail to arrive at the waiting room (examination room) half an hour before the exam starts or are absent from the exam, you will be automatically given up.
2. According to the relevant regulations of the country and this province, candidates must present their written examination admission ticket, ID card, "Epidemic Prevention and Control Book", "Green Xinkang Code" and "Big Data Trip Code", and nucleic acid test results 48 hours before the exam. The test report enters the examination room. Anyone with abnormal body temperature, persistent fever, dry cough, difficulty breathing and other symptoms will be taken to the isolation room by a dedicated person and will not be allowed to participate in the interview.
3. Candidates should bring their own disposable masks to participate in interviews and professional ability tests. During the exam, they should consciously maintain the order of the examination room and obey the arrangements of the on-site staff. In addition to verifying identity and removing masks as required when entering the examination room for interviews, candidates must wear masks at all times when entering and exiting the examination center, waiting for examinations, and participating in professional ability tests. Those who refuse to wear a mask will not be allowed to enter the examination room.
4. The interview is fully closed and candidates can leave the examination room only after signing to confirm their scores at the end of the interview.
5. Candidates are not allowed to bring any reference materials or other items into the interview room when participating in the interview. After entering the waiting room, they should immediately hand over their mobile phones, electronic communication tools, related materials, etc. for safekeeping as required.
