According to the inquiry of Hainan Provincial Taxation Bureau of the State Taxation Bureau, the age limit for civil servants is generally 18 years old and under 35 years old (born between 1986 10 and 2004 10). In 2023, master's and doctoral students (non-employees) will be relaxed to under 40 years old. Applicants should have the following qualifications:

3. Have good political quality and moral conduct.

4. Have the physical conditions and psychological quality to perform their duties normally.
