Party organizations are the political core of our college, and party member is the backbone of our college. There are three branches in party member: macro branch, micro branch and administrative branch. There are 37 teachers in party member, accounting for 54% of the total number of teachers. Among the front-line teachers, there are 8 professors party member, accounting for 67% of the total number of professors. There are 0/6 associate professors in party member, accounting for 59% of the total associate professors. There are 32 teachers 16 in party member, accounting for 50%.

Over the past few years, all party member in our hospital have done a lot of work in the construction of the Party's grass-roots organizations and played their roles, and achieved certain results. The party and government team of our college attaches great importance to the selection and training of reserve cadres, and the staff branch is changed on time, and 67% of the staff branch secretaries have senior titles. Party branches are set up reasonably. Each branch can organize party member's political theory study and activities according to the requirements of the Party Committee and the actual work of the college every semester, and conscientiously implement the party's line, principles and policies. They have played a vanguard and exemplary role in the work and study of the college.
