1. According to the Municipal Medical Security Bureau , the Finance Bureau and the Taxation Bureau's "Notice on Adjusting the Relevant Payment Standards for Basic Medical Insurance for Flexible Employment Personnel in the City" (Song Medical Insurance Alliance [2021] No. 18) requires that the city's payment standard for flexible employment personnel in 2022 is 3191.91 yuan (including large insurance) 150 yuan for basic medical insurance and 54 yuan for long-term care insurance); 2. Participants who have paid for basic medical insurance for enough years according to the policy will only need to pay 150 yuan for large insurance premiums and 54 yuan for long-term care insurance in 2022, *** Total 204 yuan.

Legal Basis

Article 23 of the "Insurance Law of the People's Republic of China" , the verification shall be made in a timely manner; in complex circumstances, the verification shall be made within thirty days, unless otherwise stipulated in the contract. The insurer shall notify the insured or the beneficiary of the assessment results; for insurance liability, it shall perform its obligation to compensate or pay insurance benefits within ten days after reaching an agreement with the insured or beneficiary to compensate or pay insurance benefits. If the insurance contract stipulates the time limit for compensation or payment of insurance benefits, the insurer shall perform its obligation to make compensation or pay insurance benefits in accordance with the agreement. If the insurer fails to perform its obligations stipulated in the preceding paragraph in a timely manner, in addition to paying the insurance premium, it shall also compensate the insured or beneficiary for the losses suffered thereby. No unit or individual may illegally interfere with the insurer's obligation to perform compensation or pay insurance benefits, nor may it restrict the rights of the insured or beneficiary to obtain insurance benefits.
