1. People entering the zone should register their personal information through "Laiquan Registration" in advance, and truthfully declare their personal health status, arrival time, transportation and health status.

2. The personnel entering the area should strictly implement the "landing inspection" when they arrive at the spring, that is, take them and leave. If a nucleic acid test is not carried out within 24 hours after the arrival of the spring as required, the "Fujian Health Code" will be given a yellow code.

3. The personnel entering the area should report to the area, enterprise, community and unit as soon as possible and no more than 12 hours after arriving in the area, and complete the "three-day and three-inspection". Do not go out, have dinner, get together or go to crowded places unless necessary, and wear masks when going out.

4. "7-day home isolation" shall be implemented for those who have lived in high-risk areas of domestic epidemic within 7 days. During the isolation period, "Fujian Health Code" shall be given a red code, and they shall not go out, and 1 time nucleic acid detection shall be conducted on the 3rd, 5th and 7th days respectively.

5. All kinds of public places in the area should be posted with "site code" in a standardized manner, and staff should be arranged to urge those who enter to wear masks and scan the code. Those who wear masks without scanning the code and are not standardized are not allowed to enter, and those who find abnormal health code should immediately report to the area, grid and competent department.

6. All enterprises, communities and units in the area should strengthen independent investigation, report the information of personnel entering the area outside the province to the local area and grid at the first time, and control it in place.

7. The general public is the first person responsible for self-health, so it is necessary to strengthen personal protection. Anyone who enters public places, takes public transportation, engages in key industries, goes to the hospital, attends various gathering activities and meetings, etc. must wear masks in a standardized manner throughout the whole process, and consciously cooperate with the prevention and control measures such as temperature measurement, code lighting and code scanning.

8. Please actively participate in the supervision of the general public and friends. If you find clues that people entering the high-risk area have not implemented epidemic prevention measures as required, please report to the area and grid in time. If the reported object is verified as a concealed confirmed case or asymptomatic infected person, each tip will be rewarded to the first reporter 10000 yuan. The bonus will be paid in place within 10 working days after verification.

9. The general public, government agencies, enterprises and institutions, market players, etc. should actively cooperate with the epidemic prevention and control work. Those who conceal, falsely report, delay reporting personal residence history, contact history and health information, or refuse to implement epidemic prevention and control regulations such as wearing masks and scanning "yards" will be investigated for legal responsibility according to law.
