There is no fixed period for paying property tax, even 10 years ago. If the amount of property tax payable is large and it is really difficult to pay it in one lump sum, the parties may pay it in May and 10 respectively with the approval of the local competent tax authorities.

Property tax is levied annually and paid in installments. The tax payment period shall be stipulated by the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government.
