1. Open WeChat, click "My WeChat" and click "Pay" to enter "City Service";

3. Select "Resident ID Card" and enter the ID number and name of the mobile phone holder (you can pay the fee yourself, help your family or others, and check whether the payment is successful);

4. Enter the ID number and name of the payee, and then click "Next";
