Due to the lack of information in quota invoice, the phenomenon of illegal issuance and use of invoices is more prominent. In order to further standardize invoice management and strengthen tax source monitoring, Henan Local Taxation Bureau decided to completely cancel the 100 version of ordinary quota invoice from July 4th. The relevant issues are hereby announced as follows:

(1) The cancelled 100 version of ordinary quota invoice tickets includes: ordinary quota invoice of Henan Local Taxation Bureau (100) (invoice code: 24 100**30 18*) and ordinary quota invoice of Henan Local Taxation Bureau (/).

(2) Local tax authorities at all levels shall adjust and distribute the existing inventory of 100 yuan version of ordinary quota invoice until the distribution is completed. June, 2065438 17, the whole province stopped selling 100 yuan version of ordinary quota invoice.

(3) The 100 version of ordinary quota invoice received by taxpayers can be used until 2065438+June 30, 2004, and the unused version cannot be issued again, otherwise it will be regarded as illegal invoicing. At the same time, the unused version of 100 yuan ordinary quota invoice should go through the cancellation procedures with the competent local tax authorities before July 14.

(four), the local tax authorities at all levels should conduct a comprehensive clean-up of taxpayers to receive the hundred yuan version of ordinary quota invoice, and actively guide taxpayers to use online invoices. For taxpayers who are small in scale, use less invoices and temporarily do not have the conditions to use online invoices, ordinary quota invoice with other denominations may be allowed.
