Article 12
Taxpayers obtain business income, calculate individual income tax on an annual basis, and submit tax returns to the tax authorities within 15 days after the end of each month or quarter, and pay taxes in advance; Settle the income before March 31st of the following year. Taxpayers' income from interest, dividends and bonuses, income from property leasing, income from property transfer and accidental income shall be calculated on a monthly or quarterly basis. The tax rate of individual income tax: (1) For comprehensive income, the excess progressive tax rate of 3% to 45% is applicable (the tax rate table is attached);

Article

Units and individuals who are obligated to pay taxes according to laws and administrative regulations are taxpayers.
Units and individuals who have the obligation to withhold and remit taxes as stipulated by laws and administrative regulations are withholding agents. Taxpayers and withholding agents must pay taxes, withhold taxes and collect taxes in accordance with the provisions of laws and administrative regulations.
