1, Ding, the new director of State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China, People's Republic of China (PRC), was born in 1960. He is a doctor of economics, a professor and a doctoral supervisor. He has served as Director of the Office of State-owned Assets Administration Bureau, Director of Personnel and Education Department, Director of Property Rights Department, Director of State-owned Capital Basic Management Department, Director of Agriculture Department, Director of Education and Culture Department of Ministry of Finance, Assistant and Deputy Minister of Ministry of Finance, and Deputy Secretary-General the State Council. He is currently the chairman and CEO of CIC.
