1. Registration of establishment of non-public foundation

(1) The establishment of non-public foundation must meet the following conditions:

(3) Registration procedures for the establishment of non-public foundations:

1. The applicant shall formulate the name of the foundation in accordance with the "Regulations on the Management of Foundation Names" and fill in the "Pre-approval of Foundation Name" Application Form" (No. 01) shall be submitted to the registration management authority for approval;

2. The applicant shall search for and determine the provincial government department or organization authorized by the provincial government to conduct the business of the foundation according to the scope of the foundation's business activities. Competent unit;
