4. Agreement between the enterprise and its subsidiary in Kyrgyzstan (original is required, and relevant responsibilities are clearly defined).

5. Copy of the capital verification report (original to be inspected).

6. In the past three years, the enterprise has no credit certificate of engineering quality and safety accidents and market violations, and there is no debt and enterprise credit certificate with official seal.

7. Basic information about the legal representative, technical director, financial director and builder of the subsidiary (including digital photos). All foreign enterprises participating in project bidding in our province should be publicized on our website in advance.
