The municipal traffic administrative department and the municipal highway transportation management office shall seriously accept the relevant complaints of taxi operators and drivers, provide them with necessary services and help them solve practical difficulties and related problems. Article 8 Lanzhou Taxi Industry Association is a self-management and self-supervision social organization formed voluntarily by taxi passengers.
