Fill in the application form

Step 3: Copy the ID card and household registration book and take photos.
After completing the application form, the applicant should paste a copy of his ID card and personal information of the household registration book on the back of the application form. Step 4: Pay the fee.
According to the type of endorsement I choose, the applicant pays the cost of personal travel documents and endorsement fees at the service hall under the Exit-Entry Administration or China Construction Bank.

Step 5, submit information to the staff.
The applicant submits the information at the service desk with the payment invoice, the completed application form, the original and photocopy of the ID card residence booklet, and answers the relevant inquiries of the police. After completing the application procedure, the police will give you a "receipt" form with a work phone number on it.
Step 6: Get the certificate.
According to the regulations, the pass to and from Hong Kong and Macao will be completed within 10 working days from the date of acceptance. During the waiting period, the applicant can call the consultation number on the receipt to check the progress of the application.

Scope of application:
Meet the following conditions stipulated in Article 2 of Chapter 1 of the Regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Passport Approval and Issuance, and you can apply for a Hong Kong and Macao Pass and endorsement.
(1) Visiting relatives. Mainland residents need to visit relatives in Hong Kong or Macao under any of the following circumstances:
1. Relatives are permanent residents or non-permanent residents of Hong Kong and Macao.
Residents who travel to Hong Kong or Macao individually (hereinafter referred to as "individual tours") may visit their relatives: spouses, parents and children.

Relatives are staff members of the Office of the Commissioner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region or the PLA troops in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

3. Drive special vehicles to and from the Mainland, Hong Kong and Macao.

(4) personal travel. Individuals who are permanent residents in areas that are allowed to "travel individually" travel to Hong Kong or Macao.
(5) short-term residence. Mainland residents who are under any of the following circumstances may live in Hong Kong or Macao for a short period with the approval of the relevant departments of Hong Kong or Macao:
1. Holding an entry permit issued by the Hong Kong Immigration Department, going to Hong Kong for study, work, training, labor service or relying on relatives.

1. Mainland residents really need to travel to and from Hong Kong and Macao for medical treatment, funeral service, participation in lawsuits, examinations, personal academic exchanges, participation in exhibitions, etc.
2. China citizens who have settled abroad need to travel to and from Hong Kong and Macao after coming to the mainland.
3. Mainland residents holding short-term residence endorsement passes need to travel to and from Hong Kong after entering Macao.
