First, determine the rules of commodity coding. The author uses the coding rule of 223, that is, the first two digits indicate the unit to be invoiced, the third and fourth digits indicate the invoicing order under the current unit, and the last three digits indicate the specific name of the goods.
Click the commodity code under the system setting module. In the code family management under the pop-up commodity code setting window, select the commodity code and click the Export button.
