From 2065438 to September 30, 2005, Wuhan implemented the industrial and commercial license, tax registration certificate and organization code certificate into one industrial and commercial business license. The tax registration certificate and organization code certificate have since withdrawn from the historical stage.

Units that have handled the tax registration certificate and code certificate before shall bring the original business license, tax registration certificate and organization code certificate to the administrative center of the jurisdiction to obtain a new business license. The original business license, tax registration certificate and organization code certificate shall be recovered and cancelled by the government affairs center. This work is now drawing to a close.
