According to CCTV news, starting from tomorrow (July 1 day), the full coverage list management of business license matters related to enterprises will be implemented nationwide, and the reform of the examination and approval system will be promoted from four aspects: directly canceling the examination and approval, changing to filing, implementing the notification commitment and optimizing the examination and approval service. At the same time, the Pilot Free Trade Zone will further intensify the pilot reform, and strive to establish simple and efficient, fair and transparent, lenient and strict industry management rules by the end of 2022, which will be greatly improved.

The State Council recently issued the Notice on Deepening the Reform of "Separating Licenses from Licenses" to Further Stimulate the Development Vitality of Market Subjects, and since July 1 this year, the full coverage list management of business license items related to enterprises has been implemented nationwide. Of the 523 business license items set by the central government, 68 were directly cancelled nationwide, and 37 were notified by filing 15. For the rest, measures have been taken to optimize the examination and approval service, such as decentralization of examination and approval authority, streamlining of conditional materials, optimization of examination and approval process, and compression of examination and approval time limit.
From July, the conditions for the identification of extremely poor people will be appropriately relaxed.

According to the CCTV financial report, the newly revised Measures for the Identification of Poor People came into effect on July 1 this year. The "Measures" appropriately expanded the types and grades of disabilities with "inability to work", and added "third-level intellectual disability, second-level physical disability and first-level visual disability" on the basis of the original identification of "first-and second-level intellectual disability", stipulating that the above-mentioned disabled persons should be identified as incapacitated. The "Measures" have improved the conditions for the identification of "no source of income". The specific conditions for the identification of "no source of income" for poor people are that their income should be lower than the local minimum living standard, and their property conforms to the provisions on the property status of local poor people.
In July, the notification and commitment system for tax certification matters will be fully implemented.

The Ministry of Ecology and Environment issued the Announcement on Issues Related to the Implementation of National Six Emission Standards for Heavy-duty Diesel Vehicles, which made it clear that the National Six Emission Standards for Heavy-duty Diesel Vehicles will be fully implemented nationwide from July, 20021year. It is forbidden to produce and sell heavy-duty diesel vehicles that do not meet the National Six Emission Standards, and imported heavy-duty diesel vehicles should meet the National Six Emission Standards.

State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China and other five departments jointly issued the Announcement on the Management of the Transfer and Collection of Idle Land Fees and Urban Garbage Disposal Fees, proposing that the idle land fees collected by natural resources departments, urban garbage disposal fees collected by housing and urban-rural construction departments and urban garbage disposal fees managed by administrative fees should be transferred to tax authorities for collection from July 1 this year.
