First, according to Article 84 of the Social Insurance Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), if the employer fails to apply for social security registration, the social insurance administrative department shall order it to make corrections within a time limit; If no correction is made within the time limit, the unit shall be fined between one and three times the amount of social insurance premiums payable, and the directly responsible person in charge and other directly responsible personnel shall be fined between 500 yuan and 3,000 yuan.

Second, those who fail to pay social security fees in full and on time will bear the consequences of being charged late fees, fines or even being auctioned by the court. Article 86 of the Social Insurance Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates: "If the employer fails to pay the social insurance premium in full and on time, the social insurance premium collection agency shall order it to pay or make up within a time limit, and from the date of default, an overdue fine of five ten thousandths shall be added daily; If it fails to pay within the time limit, the relevant administrative department shall impose a fine of more than one time and less than three times the amount owed. " Article 24 of the Provisional Regulations on the Collection and Payment of Social Insurance Fees stipulates that if the payer delays the payment of social insurance premiums, the administrative department of labor security or the tax authorities will decide to impose a late fee according to the regulations, and impose a fine of more than 5,000 yuan and less than 20,000 yuan on the directly responsible person in charge and other directly responsible personnel.
