5. If laws, administrative regulations and the State Council decisions stipulate that the change of legal representative must be approved, submit the relevant approval documents or a copy of the license certificate;
6. If the change of legal representative involves the revision of the Articles of Association, resolutions and decisions on the revision of the Articles of Association and the revised Articles of Association or amendments thereto (signed by the legal representative of the Company) shall also be submitted.
