Step 5, submit information to the staff.

Step 6: Get the certificate.

Meet the following conditions stipulated in Article 2 of Chapter 1 of the Regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Passport Approval and Issuance, and you can apply for a Hong Kong and Macao Pass and endorsement.
(1) Visiting relatives. Mainland residents need to visit relatives in Hong Kong or Macao under any of the following circumstances:

Relatives are staff members of the Office of the Commissioner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region or the PLA troops in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

3. Drive special vehicles to and from the Mainland, Hong Kong and Macao.
(3) Team travel. Mainland residents travel to Hong Kong or Macao by participating in tour groups organized by designated travel agencies.
(4) personal travel. Individuals who are permanent residents in areas that are allowed to "travel individually" travel to Hong Kong or Macao.
(5) short-term residence. Mainland residents who are under any of the following circumstances may live in Hong Kong or Macao for a short period with the approval of the relevant departments of Hong Kong or Macao:
1. Holding an entry permit issued by the Hong Kong Immigration Department, going to Hong Kong for study, work, training, labor service or relying on relatives.

3, approved by the Macao public security police to Macao workers, relatives with.

1. Mainland residents really need to travel to and from Hong Kong and Macao for medical treatment, funeral service, participation in lawsuits, examinations, personal academic exchanges, participation in exhibitions, etc.
2. China citizens who have settled abroad need to travel to and from Hong Kong and Macao after coming to the mainland.
3. Mainland residents holding short-term residence endorsement passes need to travel to and from Hong Kong after entering Macao.

Some problems that should be paid attention to when going abroad.
1. Reasons for going abroad and passport. By the way, the passport is valid for five years and can be extended twice for five years each time. While holding a passport, always pay attention to the validity period of the passport. Even if you use a passport that has expired for one day, you will be ruthlessly stopped by border inspectors.
Second, the time to apply for a passport. When you apply for a passport, except for special emergencies, you can apply for 5 working days for expedited procedures, and all others are 14 working days. 14 working days, which may actually be about 20 days. Some applicants will think that 20 days is too long, or that it is too expensive to apply for a passport because they have not made plans in advance. In fact, it is convenient and quick to refer to the following methods. Go through the entry-exit formalities at the Exit-Entry Administration Office of Beijing Public Security Bureau, No.2 Andingmen East Street, Dongcheng District, on Saturday or at noon. Second, get the application form and application instructions from the Exit-Entry Administration Office of the Public Security Bureau and more than 300 household registration police stations. Therefore, if you have savings or prepared the expenses for traveling abroad, you have the conditions to apply for a passport for traveling abroad. If you want to travel abroad on New Year's Day, Spring Festival, May Day and November Day, you have to apply several months in advance and get a visa, which will give you plenty of time. There is no need to worry. Moreover, the off-peak time can also save the time of queuing when applying or being unable to make a trip because of the limited number of tour groups. Traveling abroad is like this, and studying abroad can also be prepared early. One of the prerequisites for studying abroad is to have a considerable amount of foreign exchange, so that you can apply for a passport first. Because the admission notice does not clearly indicate the start date, it is impossible to go through the expedited procedures. The condition for expedited application for studying abroad is "less than one month after the start of school".
Third, the specifications of the photos. In the corresponding position of the application form, you need to post a recent straight-edge bareheaded photo. Photos should be glossy paper with a white or light blue background (white clothes must have a light blue background). Public officials do not wear standard clothes, and children do not wear red scarves. One-time snapshots, re-taken photos or photos printed by color printers do not meet the specification requirements.
After submitting the application form, you need to take a special passport photo in the reception hall with the application receipt of the private exit certificate and your ID card.
