Focusing on the implementation of supervision and spot check plan and the use of project funds, our bureau has formulated a relatively perfect system, and has obtained high scores of over 90 points in financial performance evaluation over the years. In order to make this year's performance pre-evaluation go smoothly, I have done a lot of preparatory work with the business department in the early stage, cooperated with the two on-site audits of the evaluation team, and provided the supporting materials needed for the evaluation in time. The work in the first quarter was generally smooth, but there was too much time for performance pre-evaluation of supervision and spot check and system internal audit, which affected the efficiency of daily work.
