Candidates are invited to gather in the lobby on the first floor of Building 1 of Zhuzhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau at 7: 30 am on Wednesday, August 65438 (No.Changjiang North Road 1 16, Tianyuan District, Zhuzhou City) for unified physical examination. Those who fail to attend the medical examination on time are deemed to have given up the medical examination.
(3) Precautions
1, please don't go out for a long trip and keep your mobile phone open.
Please bring your ID card, the original written test admission ticket and a recent two-inch bareheaded photo.
Please pay attention to rest the day before physical examination, don't stay up late, don't drink alcohol and avoid strenuous exercise.
4. Blood collection, B-ultrasound and other examinations are required on the day of physical examination. Please fast for 8- 12 hours before the exam.
5. Physical examination should be conducted in the designated hospital, and the results of physical examination in other medical units will be invalid.
6, physical examination must obey the unified command of the staff, abide by the relevant provisions of the hospital. Heart rate, vision, hearing, blood pressure and other items can not meet the physical examination standards, it should be re-examined; If the items such as borderline heart murmur, pathological electrocardiogram, pathological murmur and frequent premature beats (confirmed by electrocardiogram) fail to meet the physical examination standards, they will be re-examined on the spot. The hospital re-examined on the same day and on the spot is the first physical examination hospital, and the re-examination time shall not exceed the same day 17:30. When the medical examination candidates have doubts about the results of the medical examination items that were not re-examined on the same day or on the spot, they can apply for re-examination to the medical examination implementation organ within 3 days from the date of receiving the notice of the medical examination conclusion. Re-inspection on the same day, on-site re-inspection and off-site re-inspection can only be conducted once. The re-examination contents are items that have an impact on the conclusion of the physical examination, and the results of the physical examination shall be subject to the re-examination conclusion.
8. Failing to have a medical examination as required shall be regarded as giving up the medical examination. Applicants who practise fraud or deliberately conceal the real situation during the medical examination shall be disqualified.
(4) Supplementary funds
Candidates who voluntarily give up their recruitment qualifications or fail to pass the physical examination and inspection can be replenished in turn from high score to low score in the same job interview after research by the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and enter the physical examination and inspection. If the announcement is no longer issued, the recruiting unit will inform the candidates directly by telephone, and the candidates need to keep the telephone open. If you can't get in touch by phone, you should bear the responsibility yourself.
(five) epidemic prevention and control requirements
