Functions of Longquanyi District Housing Authority
1. Implement national, provincial, municipal and district-level laws, regulations, draft rules and policies on housing system reform, and study and formulate local laws, regulations and draft policies and measures on housing system reform in the whole region; Responsible for supervising, inspecting and guiding the reform of housing system and the construction of affordable housing in the whole region.

2 responsible for the business guidance and standardized management of real estate development in the whole region.

3, responsible for the management of housing ownership in the region; Responsible for confirming the ownership of the house, handling the general registration of the ownership of the house and the registration of initial, transfer, change and cancellation rights, issuing the certificate of ownership of the house, and managing the registration materials of the house; To be responsible for surveying and mapping the newly built, rebuilt, expanded, self-built, allocated, divided, compensated, transferred, changed and demolished houses on state-owned land in the whole region; Assist in mediating various housing property disputes according to relevant laws and regulations.

4, responsible for the demolition of urban houses on state-owned land in the region. Issue permits for urban house demolition, adjudicate demolition disputes, organize administrative compulsory demolition, and be responsible for the management and supervision of demolition units.

5, responsible for housing safety appraisal and management. Formulate housing safety management measures and be responsible for the safety management of housing decoration structure.

6, responsible for housing market management related work. Responsible for commercial housing, existing housing sales and commercial housing area management; Responsible for the management and supervision of real estate transfer, housing lease, real estate mortgage management and real estate intermediary service institutions.

7, responsible for termite control. Responsible for termite prevention and remediation of buildings, structures, underground cables and indoor decoration in the whole region.

8. Be responsible for property management in the whole region, formulate property management policies and organize their implementation, and guide the collection and use of maintenance funds.

9, responsible for the management of public housing and maintenance policy management.

10, responsible for real estate management, real estate laws, regulations and policies consultation, mediation and administrative reconsideration, litigation and adjudication, real estate management law enforcement inspection, and illegal behavior investigation.
