First of all, I sincerely thank the company leaders and comrades for providing me with such a good platform and opportunity to express my willingness to participate in the employee representative election.

Worked in langxi Power Supply Company for nearly 18 years. I witnessed the company's work in deepening enterprise reform and building a "one strong and three excellent" modern company, and I always felt the fresh breath brought by the reform. The company has gradually stepped into the track of modern enterprise management. The competition of modern enterprises is not only the competition of economic strength, but also the competition of employees' comprehensive quality and corporate culture. The company's four spirits of "teamwork, dedication, innovation and pragmatism" are the interpretation of the "people-oriented" business philosophy. The times have given the trade union a special mission to better serve the production and operation of enterprises, understand the ideological trends of grass-roots employees, and reflect the contradiction between work and life, the sufferings and the voices of employees to the company's leading departments in time. This is an important work of trade union organization in the deepening reform of power supply enterprises.

I have been fighting at the grassroots level from the beginning, and I am quite familiar with and understand the first-line business. In the bureau, I have been fair and responsible, serving everyone enthusiastically, caring about the problems existing in my colleagues' work and life, and making everyone here happy is the goal of the workers' congress! I want to try my best to solve some practical difficulties in our work and life and let us work and live in a harmonious environment. In fact, all of you here today have given me the motivation to participate in the election of workers' representatives: for many years, everyone has worked hard in different jobs and quietly dedicated their youth to the company, and I am one of them. Therefore, if I can become an employee representative and do something for everyone, it is my great honor and honor.

Today, I'm running for employee representative. If I succeed in the election, I am willing to do my best to solve some practical difficulties in our future work and life, and to be an indelible and unbreakable link between the company and employees. I will earnestly safeguard the interests of employees on the basis of safeguarding the overall interests of the company.
