1. If the tax safety certificate is not loaded successfully, please click on the computer's programs and functions.

2. Locate the tax certificate application client, right-click it, and then click Uninstall.

3. Enter the VAT invoice comprehensive service platform, and click the download driver and application client.

4. After downloading the driver, restart the computer.

Right-click the first file, and then click Install Certificate. You need to import the correct certificate.

Right-click the second file, and then click Run as Administrator.
