Bring a copy of the changed business license, a copy of the organization code certificate, the articles of association, the ID card of the legal representative, and the ID card of the person in charge (the above documents must be copied and stamped with the official seal of the unit), and bring Official seal, just go to the tax authorities to fill out the "Tax Registration Change Form" and declare it for acceptance. If it involves equity transfer, the tax authorities will have to pay taxes.
