In order to vigorously promote new wall materials, our city trained industrial waste concrete perforated brick production enterprises, popularized the product standard of industrial waste concrete perforated brick and the technical specification for industrial waste concrete perforated brick construction, and conducted spot checks on 1 18 projects under construction. The construction units strictly followed the design and construction, basically did not use clay solid bricks, and the application ratio of new wall materials reached over 95%. At the same time, according to the direction of structural adjustment, optimization and upgrading, the city has planned 30 industrial clusters with low energy consumption and less emissions. Among them, in order to fully recover and effectively utilize the residual heat in the carbon black tail gas and reduce the pollution of the carbon black tail gas, China Rubber Company invested more than 25 million yuan to build a comprehensive utilization thermal power station and a sewage treatment and reuse device, and recycled more than 420 million standard cubic meters of tail gas in the production process every year to realize the full recycling of wastewater. Liaoning Hengye Group transformed the coal-fired heating furnace into an environment-friendly gas producer at the initial stage of its establishment. In the process of work, no smoke or dust is discharged, which is clean and hygienic. Together with Liaoning Hengye Group, Tianhe Mineral Co., Ltd., Xiyang Group and other enterprises carried out kiln transformation, saving nearly 200,000 tons of standard coal annually.

The GDP of Anshan in 2007 exceeded135 billion yuan. This year, the factory put forward the overall development goal for the next three years of "building an enterprise with high production efficiency, resource conservation and environmental friendliness, and ensuring the sustainable and coordinated development of enterprises". In order to achieve this goal, the factory first carried out "innovation consciousness education", requiring the cadres and workers of the whole factory to enhance their understanding of the importance and urgency of innovation work; Make everyone have a sense of innovation, everyone has a desire for innovation, everyone has innovative projects, and everyone has innovative achievements. On the basis of forming a strong atmosphere of innovation, the factory has grasped the bottleneck problem that restricts production, the core problem related to the quality and grade of varieties, the outstanding problem that affects the function and stability of equipment, and the key problem to achieve the goal of energy saving, emission reduction and cost reduction, and carried out innovative activities extensively.

In order to ensure the in-depth development of innovation activities, the factory set up a technical innovation leading group headed by the main leaders of the factory, revised the management rules and measures of scientific research innovation, and further improved the method requirements and working procedures of innovation work. In the innovation activities, Steelmaking No.1 Work Area put forward "Top-blown converter smelting method for high carbon steel", and adopted effective measures such as slag retention operation, adjustment of oxygen supply intensity and adjustment of iron oxide content in slag at different stages, so that the hit rate of carbon and phosphorus reached 98% and 95% respectively, which were higher than the original smelting method by 2% and1.5%. The "splash-proof" technology of hot metal desulfurization put forward by steelmaking No.1 work area has been successfully applied to production with obvious benefits, and is currently applying for a national patent. In the company-level innovation project "Research on Combined Blowing Long Life Technology of 175-ton Converter", they adopted the method of quickly measuring the bottom of converter, tempered the slag splashing, reduced the slag splashing time and controlled the bottom rise. At present, the bottom blowing life of 1 converter has reached 8 100 heats, which is the best level in Angang.

Through continuous efforts, the plant has successively achieved gratifying results in several key projects and activities, such as RH production guarantee, slab inclusion and reduction of molten iron consumption. The completion and application of the rationalization proposal has created economic benefits of12.35 million yuan, and 10 patents have been accepted by the State Patent Office.
