2. After the candidates submit the materials, the local China Taxation Association will conduct a unified review of the candidates' certificates and materials, and the review time is generally one week. After passing the examination, candidates can receive the tax agent certificate.

3. Nowadays, electronic certificate is the general trend, and tax agent certificate is no exception. The electronic certificate of tax agent has the same effect as the paper certificate. At that time, candidates can apply for electronic certificates first, and then apply for paper certificates.

How do tax agents apply for practicing membership?

After successfully obtaining the certificate of tax accountant, candidates should generally go to the local tax accountant management center (generally established in the provincial state taxation bureau) for the record, go through the formalities of applying to join the China Association of Certified Tax Agents, and apply for registration as a practicing member or a non-practicing member.
