Filing methods and procedures
(1) filing application
Business entities engaged in enterprise capital verification and auditing log on to the website of Qingdao Administration for Industry and Commerce's audit report and online filing system of capital verification report (zjzz.qdaic.gov.cn), enter the system through the enterprise name and registration number (default password), and fill in the basic information maintenance and certified public accountant qualification practice information of the unit.
The maintenance of basic information of this unit includes telephone number, name of industrial and commercial liaison, numbering rules of audit report and capital verification report, company seal, etc.
The information of CPA includes the name of CPA, the number of CPA certificate, the signed picture uploaded by CPA, etc. (For details, please refer to the attached Operation Manual of Online Filing System for Audit Report and Capital Verification Report of Qingdao Administration for Industry and Commerce. )
(2) Submit a report
The website of the online filing system for the audit report and capital verification report of the Administration for Industry and Commerce (zjzz.qdaic.gov.cn) firstly inputs the enterprise registration number or name for verification, and the enterprise to be applied inputs the name serial number for verification in the Notice of Pre-approval of Enterprise Name; After verification, fill in the name, report number and date of the certified public accountant who issued the report, and upload the electronic audit report or capital verification report of the enterprise; After the upload is successful, complete the online filing procedures for the capital verification report and audit report. (3) Report review
In order to ensure the authenticity and validity of the audit report and capital verification report, the industrial and commercial annual inspection registration personnel should check with the online filing information after receiving the written audit report or capital verification report submitted by the enterprise.
The electronic document has been received, which is completely consistent with the written content, and the application materials of the enterprise are complete and conform to the statutory form, and shall be accepted;
If the electronic document is not received, if the application materials of the enterprise are complete and conform to the statutory form, it shall be accepted. The accepting personnel shall verify with the liaison officer of the relevant accounting firm on the day of receiving the materials, and make up the report in time; Anyone suspected of forging or tampering with the report will be severely criticized for the proposed establishment or change of the enterprise, and the accepting personnel will return all the collected materials; Enterprises applying for annual inspection shall be investigated and dealt with by the industrial and commercial departments in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
