What type of style is the presentation?

1. Newsiness

The briefing is somewhat similar to a news report, and its characteristics are mainly reflected in the four aspects of being true, new, fast, and simple.

"Truth" means that the content is true, which is the primary characteristic of news. The content reflected in the briefing and the situations involved must strictly follow the principle of authenticity. All elements of time, place, people, events, causes, and results must be true, and all data must be conclusive. Fiction and fabrication will not work, nor will embroidery or adding branches and leaves.

"New" refers to the freshness of the content. If the briefing only reports on some commonplace things, it will not have much value and meaning. Briefings should reflect new things, new trends, new ideas, and new trends, and should become a barometer of the most sensitive era.

"Quick" means prompt and timely reporting. The newsletter should be written quickly, and the production and distribution should be simple and rapid, so that readers can understand the latest reality as soon as possible. There is a saying in the press that "catch the fish alive". If it takes too long, the fish will no longer be alive and the taste will no longer be delicious.

"Simple" refers to concentrated content, short length, clear outline, and no branches or branches. The word "simplified" is prefixed to the name of the briefing, which shows how important simplicity is to it.

2. Bundle

Although there can be only one report in one issue of the newsletter, in more cases, several reports will be published together in one issue of the newsletter to form a bundle. The advantage of doing this is that it is somewhat comprehensive and complementary, increasing the amount of information and avoiding a feeling of thinness. The sample article attached after this section is a complete briefing, consisting of four reports, which reflects the clustered nature of the briefing.

3. Standardization

From a formal point of view, the briefing requires a standardized format, consisting of a masthead, table of contents, editor's note, report body, and trailer. Among them, the masthead, the main body of the report, and the trailer are essential, and the masthead and the trailer have fixed formats. See sample article.
