First, find out which point in this block to refer to, determine the coordinates of this point, and then calculate the difference of X Y distance between two points according to the coordinates of the point to be dragged. Then use the whole moving coordinate under other menus to adjust, and just enter this difference.

You should always know where you want to offset, that is to say, X offset distance and Y offset distance.
