The process of handling is generally the same everywhere as follows:

1, the applicant brings three one-inch photos, ID cards or other valid documents to the local administrative department for industry and commerce to apply for business license and employment certificate.

2. Bring your ID card, original and duplicate business license and valid seal to the local tax authorities for registration and tax certificate.
