1, click the start menu in the lower left corner of the computer, find the installed "Devices and Printers" in the options, and click "Devices and Printers".
2. In the pop-up window, you can see the printer equipment connected to the display computer, and find the printer equipment to support scanning.
3. Open the cover plate of the scanner, and place the printed side of the taxpayer's VAT input invoice to be scanned downward, as far as possible in the middle of the scanner, and place it flat (placing the invoice on the top and bottom or the left and right edges may cause some contents to be scanned).
4. Right-click the icon of the printer, and click "Start Scanning" in the pop-up menu.
5. After clicking "Start Scanning", the dialog box of scanning settings will pop up. You can set the color and resolution of the scanned picture and view the preview effect (observe the effect after scanning). You can click Scan directly.
6. After the scanning progress is completed, select Import in the pop-up dialog box.
7. After the import is successful, the storage directory and the scanned invoice or file will be automatically opened, that is, the scanning work is completed.
