Handan High-tech Zone belongs to the main urban area of Handan City. In order to accelerate the rapid economic development of Handan, a few years ago, the Handan municipal government established a high-tech development zone in the east of the city to meet the needs of rapid economic development. After the establishment of High-tech Zone, the main urban area includes congtai district, Fuxing District, Hanshan District and High-tech Zone.
