Graduation practice is an indispensable and important teaching link for colleges and universities to deepen teaching reform, improve teaching quality and cultivate higher specialized talents with innovative spirit and practical ability. It is also an important content to evaluate students' comprehensive quality, professional skills, thinking methods and practical ability, and an important basis for students to obtain graduation certificates. Graduates should fully understand the significance of graduation practice.
According to the basic spirit of the Ministry of Education and the Provincial Department of Education on graduate internship, combined with the actual needs of practical teaching in our department and the actual situation of the employment situation of fresh graduates, the graduation internship plan for accounting majors in 2007 in the Department of Economics and Trade is formulated.
I. Purpose and Requirements of Internship
Graduation practice and investigation is the main teaching link to cultivate and train students to know and master accounting knowledge and skills and improve their ability to observe, analyze and judge economic activities. It not only requires students to comprehensively apply the knowledge, skills and abilities they have learned throughout the course, but also enables students to further improve their ability to observe, analyze and solve practical problems through practice and investigation.
Internship requirements: (1) Contact the internship unit in time, maintain good contact and communication with the internship unit, consciously abide by the rules and regulations of the internship unit, strictly abide by industry disciplines and norms, and keep business secrets. (2) Actively carry out various internship work, complete the specified internship content on time and in an all-round way, and embody the style of modesty, prudence and arrogance in the internship process; (3) Fill in the step-by-step internship record and the internship summary at the end. (4) Take the initiative to get in touch with the practice instructor and accept the guidance of the instructor on the whole process of practice.

Third, the practice steps and contents
The first stage: contact the internship unit and enter the internship.
The second stage: formal internship stage. Here, we should test our professional knowledge through practice and cultivate our ability to analyze and solve problems. At the same time, grasp the key issues, make in-depth analysis and comparison, possess a large amount of information, analyze the specific business of an industry, and write a well-founded and operational investigation report or professional research.
The third stage: the time is about 2 weeks. This stage is the internship summary stage.
Reference opinions on the steps and time allocation of financial accounting practice are as follows:
Step 1: Understand the general situation of the enterprise, including business scope, main business, organization, internal control and accounting system design, accounting post division and responsibilities, accounting procedures, basic accounting policies, etc. The suggested time is 1 week;
Step 2: Cashier's post practice, including cash receipt and payment and bank settlement business; Fill in accounting vouchers and register journals; The storage and issuance of receipts and checks is recommended for 2 weeks;
Step 3: internship in current accounting and wage accounting, including the setting and registration of current subsidiary ledger; Salary calculation and preparation of related reports; Salary payment and accounting treatment, the suggested time is 2 weeks;
Step 4: Internship of Inventory Details and Cost Accounting, which includes inventory details accounting, cost accounting and subsidiary ledger accounting. The suggested time is 2 weeks.
Step 5: internship of income accounting post, including income detailed accounting, tax declaration, profit and loss accounting, and the suggested time is 1 week;
Step 6: Sponsor the internship of accounting and auditing posts, including voucher review, general ledger registration, statement of bank reconciliation preparation, account book checking and statement preparation. The suggested time is 1 week;
Step 7: financial management practice, which includes report analysis, feasibility analysis and demonstration of major investment projects, working capital management and optimization of capital structure. The recommended time is 2 weeks;
The eighth step: the summary of the internship, the collection and writing of the investigation report materials, and the time is 2 weeks;
Graduation practice focuses on enterprise financial accounting and financial management, with due consideration given to other aspects of enterprise management. Basics: The content of enterprise financial accounting practice includes the understanding of enterprise profile, the design of internal control and accounting system, the selection of basic accounting policies, the accounting treatment process, tax declaration and the preparation and submission of financial accounting statements; The practice of enterprise financial management includes the objectives and policies of enterprise financial management, financial environment, report analysis and financial evaluation, investment decision-making, working capital management, profit distribution and capital structure management.
Fourth, the performance appraisal
Evaluation: (1) The evaluation content includes: the basic attitude and performance of graduation internship and investigation, the completion and effect of internship content, the quality of investigation content and investigation report, and the completion of relevant materials to be submitted. The evaluation results are divided into two parts: graduation internship and graduation investigation. (2) The evaluation criteria are divided into two grades: qualified and unqualified. Among them, those whose internship and investigation contents are true and who have completed the specified internship contents and selected investigation topics are qualified; Those who fail to complete the internship content and the selected survey topic requirements or the internship survey content is untrue are unqualified. (3) Evaluation method: First, students fill out the graduation internship and graduation investigation appraisal form, and the internship and investigation units sign their opinions. Then, the instructor will evaluate the results according to the internship guidance, combined with internship investigation records, internship summary, investigation report, internship and investigation and appraisal. Finally, the teaching and research section and the department will conduct unified inspection and acceptance.
V. Check and implement
Students must send the name, address and contact information of the internship unit (see Appendix 6) to the Department of Economic Relations and Trade by express mail (or by telephone or fax) within two weeks after the internship begins, so that the internship leading group can know and master the internship situation of students in time, get in touch with the internship unit and internship students and coordinate the internship process.

Organization: (1) Students' internship and investigation can be conducted by one person alone or in groups, with 3-5 students as the appropriate group. Whether it is carried out by one person alone or in a group, it is necessary to get in touch with the department in time after the internship unit is determined.
(2) The guidance and evaluation of students' graduation practice and investigation are organized and implemented in two levels: the teaching and research section of accounting major is responsible for the division of tasks of internship guidance teachers and the inspection and acceptance of graduation practice and investigation according to the unified deployment and requirements of the department, and organizes teachers to make a preliminary evaluation of internship results; The internship leading group will review and finally determine the internship results on the basis of the initial evaluation of the accounting teaching and research section.
Seven, the relevant requirements of the internship

5. Respect the leaders and employees of the unit, consult modestly, and carry out internship activities in depth and in detail;
6. Take good care of public property, pay attention to environmental hygiene and personal hygiene, and actively participate in public welfare activities of internship units;

8. Strengthen safety awareness to ensure the smooth progress of practice;

Eight, the writing of graduation survey report
The content and scope of graduation survey topics include: financial accounting organization and post division, internal control system, financial accounting, financial management, management accounting, cost accounting and management, operation and other aspects of enterprise management. It is suggested to focus on the content of this major.
Requirements for graduation survey: (1) Carefully investigate and select topics. And carry out a special investigation on a specific problem or a systematic problem in one aspect, and write an investigation report with problems, evidence, analysis and solutions. (2) Investigate in depth, do not stop at the existing written materials, have an outline before the investigation, and have records during the investigation. (3) The survey report shall be no less than 2,000 words, and shall be submitted to the surveyed unit and the practice instructor on time together with the survey outline and survey records.
