Which companies' addresses will the Trade and Industry Bureau check?
There are so many registered companies. For companies with abnormal addresses, the Industrial and Commercial Bureau also removes them in batches, but this spot check process is also focused. Generally speaking, these companies will be "prioritized" for verification:
Enterprises registered in the same address set
Every time we jointly handle a case with public security tax, we find that many companies that falsely issue VAT invoices have the same registered address. According to this feature, companies registered in the enterprise office area are easily inspected by industry and commerce and taxation.
Enterprises whose registered address is inconsistent with the actual address.
The registered address is inconsistent with the actual address (business premises). In fact, this is not prohibited, just for the record.
You just started your business, and your address is in Panyu, and you enjoy all the welfare policies in Panyu, but you need a place to actually operate and this place needs to be put on record. If not, the phone reserved by the legal representative can't get through, and it is likely to be judged as "no whereabouts".
Enterprises on the negative list
In many areas, the Supervisory Committee has established a "unified address database", which can identify whether the address is true, whether there are many enterprises in the address, and whether other enterprises in the address have "criminal records" and so on.
In the past, many companies that did not have the conditions to rent offices were affiliated with the addresses provided by industrial and commercial agents, and these addresses were affiliated with various companies, and some of them were fake. In this way, this address will be included in the "negative list", and it will not be registered in the future, and the previously registered ones will also be checked.
