Processing instructions
1), within 30 days from the date of obtaining the business license, the payment unit engaged in production and business operation, and the non-production and business operation unit shall handle the payment registration with the local tax authorities with relevant documents and materials within 30 days from the date of establishment.
2) The payer should register the basic information of each payer in detail in the local tax service hall after the payment registration and before the first payment declaration.
3. The payer declares the payment from 1 to 15 every month.
4) Social security fee withholding and tax deduction are the same account, and the payer must ensure that all bank deposits have been withheld before the monthly declaration.
5) After registration, the payer must hold a copy of the tax registration certificate to open a tax deduction (fee) account in Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Agricultural Bank of China, China Bank, Bank of Communications, China Development Bank, Commercial Bank and China Construction Bank, and sign an Agreement on Tax Deduction (Fee) for Entrusted Banks with the Bank (which can be obtained from the Local Taxation Service Office or downloaded from the website of the Local Taxation Bureau), and then submit one of them to the Local Taxation Service Office, otherwise the tax deduction (fee) cannot be passed.
