3. Where there are items in the business scope for application for registration that must be approved before registration as stipulated by laws, administrative regulations and decisions of the State Council, a copy of the relevant license certificate or approval document shall be submitted.
4. Certificate of use of business premises. If an individual industrial and commercial household takes its own place as its business place, it shall submit a copy of the property right certificate of its own place; If renting other people's premises, a copy of the lease agreement and the property right certificate of the premises shall be submitted; If it is impossible to submit the property right certificate of the business premises, it can submit the relevant certificates issued by the market organizers, the administrative committees of various development zones approved by the government and the village neighborhood committees agreeing to engage in business activities in the premises.
5. If an agent is entrusted, the Certificate of Entrusted Agent signed by the operator and a copy of the ID card of the entrusted agent shall also be submitted.
The procedures for handling individual business licenses are as follows:
1, the applicant submits the application materials for business opening, and it will be accepted if the application materials are complete and conform to the statutory form; The application materials are incomplete or do not conform to the statutory form.
2, accepted, issued a notice of acceptance; If it is not accepted, a notice of rejection will be issued.
3. If the audit fails, a notice of disapproval will be issued.
4. After approval, a unified social credit code will be assigned.
5. After coding, print the approval notice.
6. Transmit the opening information to the tax authorities and relevant information to the quality inspection department.

8. Print the business license and send a photo to the applicant.
