What are the provisions for taxpayers to transfer real estate and pay VAT difference deduction? According to "Announcement of State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China City, People's Republic of China (PRC) on Issues Related to Deduction of VAT Difference of Taxpayers Transferring Real Estate" (State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China Announcement No.73, 20 16): (1) Taxpayers who transfer real estate and pay VAT difference according to relevant regulations can provide the tax authorities with tax payment vouchers and other materials that can prove the taxable amount of deed tax due to loss or other reasons.

(2) Taxpayers deduct the difference from the deed tax payable, and calculate the value-added tax payable according to the following formula: ①20 16. The value-added tax payable for deed tax paid on or before April 30th = [all transaction price (including value-added tax)-deed tax payable (including business tax)] ℉ (1+5%) × 5% ② 22065433. 0+5%)- deed tax payable (excluding value-added tax) ]× 5% (3) If the taxpayer keeps invoices and other tax payment vouchers that can prove the deed tax payable when acquiring real estate, the difference will be deducted by invoices.

(four) this announcement shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.

Matters not handled before shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of this announcement.
