The online declaration system of Jilin Provincial State Taxation Bureau is a subsystem of the new website of Jilin Provincial State Taxation Bureau and an extension of the tax collection and management system (Ctais2.0). Its main function is to provide a platform for taxpayers to file tax returns through the Internet. The whole declaration process under this system is real-time. After the taxpayer's declaration is successful, the tax authorities can immediately query the declaration results through Ctais2.0. Under this system, all kinds of declaration information of taxpayers can be collected. The functions promoted by the provincial bureau include small-scale declaration of value-added tax, consumption tax, enterprise income tax and financial statement, and its declaration function can be increased in the future according to the requirements of tax authorities. Under this system, taxpayers transmit encrypted and digital certificate signed data to tax authorities through the Internet. Tax authorities collect tax declaration data through data messages and hand them over to computers for processing. The whole process does not need manual operation by tax authorities, and taxpayers do not need to travel between tax authorities. Most importantly, the system is provided to taxpayers free of charge.
