The work residence permit is valid for 3 years. After the expiration of the validity period, if the employer continues to employ, it shall go through the formalities for replacement within 30 days before the expiration of the validity period.

The declaration shall be made by the agent with the power of attorney. The following materials shall be provided with the original and copy of the official seal of the unit, and the tax payment materials of the unit and the personal taxable income materials shall be stamped with the financial seal.

After 20 19, the employer logs into the "natural person tax management system", and in the query and statistics function of the withholding item column, click the personal withholding details query to query the personal information of the last month from 20 19 to 1, and then print the screenshot.

For example, if the certificate expires in June 20 19 and the application is submitted in June 20 10, the proof of taxable income from September 20 16 to August 20 19 should be submitted.

From 20 18, the work residence permit management system has realized the automatic comparison of social security payment records in Beijing, and applicants do not need to submit social security information repeatedly.

The social security base is paid in full, but if the actual income is inconsistent with the current social security base due to salary adjustment during the reporting period, the proof of taxable income shall be provided. The certification materials are the originals stamped with the financial seal, signed by the manager and marked with the words "XXX pays the salary for XXX".
